Famous cognac brand Hennessy has launched its annual “Appreciation Grows” culinary affair, collaboration with Enfin by James Won, to launch Hennessy XO Odyssey 2016, a new limited edition menu featuring Hennessy cognacs, to provide an enhanced immersive experience to invoke a phenomenal awakening of the senses!
“Hennessy X.O Odyssey 2016” The theme of the campaign under the slogan “Each drop of Hennessy X. O is an odyssey” emphasizing Hennessy X.O extraordinary taste bud experience. Chef James Won, the founder of Enfin by James Won, and Chef Nurdin Topham, the famous chef from the UK. In order to find ingredients that are fresh and natural to perfectly complement Hennessy XO’s seven highly unique tasting notes, both chefs embarked on a joint quest to Sabah for ingredients.
Hennessy X.O’s seven tasting notes include Sweet Notes, Rising Heat, Spicy Edge, Flowing Flame, Chocolate Lull, Wood Crunches, Infinite Echo, and so on.
